NetbootCD is a bootable Slax-based CD that lets the user run several Linux netboot installers with kexec. In this sense, it is similar to UNetbootin, but runs from a CD instead of a hard drive or USB disk. The user can select a distribution to install from a list, and the system will download the kernel/initrd and use kexec to run it. It is useful for installing many different distributions from one CD, or for installing an up-to-date version of a development distribution, such as Fedora Rawhide, openSUSE Factory or Debian Unstable/Sid. All software contained on the CD itself is from Slax, source code can be found via the NetbootCD web site or on a Slackware mirror.
